2. What Data We Collect

When you submit a booking request, quote request, or contact form on this site, we collect:

• Name, email address, and phone number
• Property or site address relevant to the clean requested
• Details of the service requested (type, frequency, preferred date and time, special instructions)
• Any information you choose to include in a free-text enquiry field

We do not collect payment card details through this website. We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use this site — page views and interactions such as calculator use, booking starts, and contact clicks. GA4 only loads if you accept cookies via the banner shown on your first visit; declining means no analytics cookies are set. We do not use advertising or ad-retargeting cookies.

3. Why We Use Your Data

• To respond to your booking or quote request and arrange a cleaning service
• To send booking confirmations, reminders, and updates by email
• To maintain a record of scheduled and completed jobs
• To meet our own legal, accounting, and insurance obligations

Our legal basis is performance of a contract (where you've requested a service) or legitimate interest (responding to a general enquiry).

4. Who We Share It With

We use the following processors to run this website and deliver our service:

• Supabase — stores booking and schedule records
• Brevo — sends booking confirmation, reminder, and notification emails
• Vercel — hosts this website
• Google Analytics — measures site usage (see above)

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not transfer your data outside the UK/EEA other than through the processors above, each of whom provides appropriate safeguards for any such transfer.

5. How Long We Keep It

We retain booking records for as long as needed to deliver the service and meet our accounting and insurance obligations, and no longer than 6 years after the last service date, unless you ask us to delete it sooner and we have no legal reason to retain it.

6. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Ask us to delete your data, where we have no legal reason to keep it
• Object to or restrict how we use your data
• Withdraw consent where we rely on it

To exercise any of these rights, email admin@swiftturncleaning.co.uk. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you believe we have mishandled your data.
